I learned to appreciate guided meditations when I can't fall asleep (pretty much every night). They let me relax and stop the torrent of thoughts. I try to start my days with meditations, too, but it's not that easy. My brain starts thinking too much too fast. Do you have any tips on how to slow down to actually enjoy meditaiton? :)

You can practice slow breaths it is really helpful to relax and to control your thoughts 🩷
